Intercooler Fabrication
I took the Isuzu NPR intercooler and chopped off the end tanks and 2 tubes (it was a little bit too tall).
Then I fabricated custom end tanks and welded them on to the new shorter intercooler core.
the corners of the tanks had to be beveled to clear the turn signal assemblies, the headlight backing plates were also trimmed to clear the intercooler. The built up square pads on the end tanks will be drilled and tapped, this is where the stock grill will mount since the stock mounts were removed. Mounting tabs were also welded on to the end tank to bolt the Intercooler to the car.
